The modular steam generator is composed of multiple steam generators, which transmit data feedback to the chip microprocessor through temperature sensors, perform frequency conversion adjustment, and achieve flexible control of the module, supply as needed, and avoid energy loss. The module is the core component of the modular steam generator.

The workflow of the modular steam generator: tap water → pure water treatment → water pump → water atomization → water vaporization → water vapor separation → cylinder separation → terminal

The tap water is purified by a water purifier, pressurized by a water pump, and flows to the module steam generator. High pressure atomization enters the module pipeline, and multiple pipeline circulation vaporizes instantaneously from top to bottom. High temperature and high pressure steam is continuously transmitted and output. After passing through the water vapor separator, high-quality steam is further separated and sent to the sub cylinder for supply to the terminal.

The water flow is vaporized and output through the module group, and the entire process is completed in about 5 seconds. It is very intuitive to understand that there is no water storage heating in the middle, and the entire process is completed in one go in water flow management, truly achieving instant use. Compared to traditional water burning boilers, modular steam generators completely eliminate explosion hazards and achieve ultimate safety in industrial production.

The biggest advantage of modularization is efficient and energy-saving. The industrial configuration has a burning resistance of 1500 ℃, and the heat exchange is very sufficient, with a thermal efficiency of up to 95%. There is a thermal sensor outside each module, and the data is transmitted to the chip microprocessor in real time. In case of abnormal conditions such as power, water and gas failure, the protected mode will be automatically opened. When the production capacity weakens and the demand for steam thermal energy decreases, each module is independent and can be used separately to achieve on-demand supply and avoid overcapacity.

Pure water does not scale, produces high-temperature and high-pressure steam in 5 seconds, does not store water, is extremely safe, has a 95% thermal efficiency, and has advantages that traditional boiler structures cannot achieve. Efficient and energy-saving production is the most concerning topic for users in enterprises, as it can directly affect the operating costs of enterprises.
